Five Boroughs Golf Club – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in golf outings organized by Five Boroughs Golf Club (“FBGC”). By registering for an event, you agree to the following:
1. Registration & Payment
Your spot is only confirmed once full payment is received.
All payments must be made online via the checkout page.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $3 credit card processing fee.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded or credited.
3. Event Changes & Weather Policy
FBGC reserves the right to adjust tee times, format, or pairings.
In the event of inclement weather or course closures, FBGC will work with the course to reschedule. Refunds will only be offered if the course issues them.
Weather-related delays or rain during play do not guarantee a refund.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully on and off the course.
FBGC reserves the right to remove participants from future events due to unsportsmanlike behavior or violations of course rules.
5. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to be photographed or recorded. FBGC may use these materials for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please contact us prior to the event.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in golf events involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all risks related to participation.
FBGC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in any event.
